Breaking News: 2011 FENI Summit Dates and Locale are Announced

Due to the overwhelming response and excitment generated by the location of the 2010 Summit in Chicago, we have decided to carry it over for the 13th Annual FENI Summit.
The dates of the 13th Annual FENI Summit are February 19-21, 2011.

FENI is proud to announce the dates for the 12th Annual Summit: February 13-15, 2010 Chicago, IL. We look forward to heading back to Chicago.

FENI Thanks Everyone for a Successful 2009 Summit

We would like to thank EVERYONE who participate in making the 11th Annual FENI Summit such an overwhelming success. The 2009 summit in Las Vegas was the highest attended FENI to date which featured more than forty different programs on effective motivation, culinary skills, leadership development and lesson planning.

In addition to attending master classes, attendees had the opportunity to network with the culinary education industry's most innovative chefs, educators, exhibitors and sponsors. The Summit also highlighted the Second Annual Poster Presentations, Taste of Elegance, Keynote speeches by Chef Fritz & Chef Carrol, Roundtable Discussions, BlueBerry Breakfast, Showcase of Exhibitors, Educator of the Year award's reception & much much more. Congratulations to the all winners!

We are already hard at work planning next year's summit. Thank you again for all the important feedback regarding the summit - we look forward to seeing you at FENI Summit 2010!
